Description:
Early Detonics Combat Master model. I understand this is one of the first production run of this series. The serial number is in the four thousand range. Estimate it to have been made in the late 1970's. These were the first of the sub compact concept for large bore pistols. Also the first to use a double and triple recoil spring assembly. They were also throated and ramped from the factory for the use of hollow point ammunition. This example has the Seattle, Washington address. Overall condition would grade about 97% as new. It shows hardly any signs of use or holster wear. The slide is polished blue with a couple of small spots or freckles in the finish. Other than that, it is almost in as new condition. Provided with one stainless Denotics marked magazine and an extra stainless manufactured by the metal form company. The bore is as new. These little guns are hard to find.
