Taft marked as maker. This gun came out of the PA country. 30" barrels ,rib marked London Fine Twist. Stock in really nice condition with orig steel buttplate and silver initial oval inlay. Outside of barrels clean with the exception of a dent in the right barrel 7" back from muzzle. Orig hickory brass tipped ramrod. Light engraving throughout. Barrel IDs are lightly rusted, but no large pitts can be seen by me. Chokes are .743 & .745. Both bbls triple proofed with the Belgium proofs and the barrels also signed by the maker ? "JT". Left nipple looks like it has been dry fired a bunch. Needs only a brass bbl wedge to be complete. Some folks shoot these old guns, but I'm like my grandpa, tie it to a tire and get a 30' string LOL. I'm selling this attractive old smoothbore as a display piece only.
