This model is a special makeup we had done in response to our customers desire of an indestructable hunting rifle that maintains the accuracy of the finest target gun. We started with the Cooper Excalibur and finished it with a Cerakote finish which will provide unbelievable protection from the elements and eliminate the risk of rust.
Whether it’s going from safe to scabbard or Alabama to Wyoming a synthetic stock can do a lot for the shooter and a successful hunt. The Excalibur features a spiral fluted bolt and fluted barrel in a light dampening matte finish. The stock is made by Bell and Carlson and features an aluminum bedding block and Cooper Arms own unique color. The stock itself is constructed using a "hand lay-up" process, using a variety of "composite" materials including fiberglass, aramid fibers, graphite, epoxy gel coats and laminating resins that is then precision milled.
