BRILLIANT COLT U.S. ARMY MODEL 1894 NEW ARMY & NAVY D.A. REVOLVER. Serial number " "38XX"(1892) .38 long Colt caliber. A brilliant example with almost all of the original bright blue finish. Marked on the butt “US/Army/Model/1894” with original lanyard ring. Excellent mechanical condition with fine bore. The original, two-piece, factory, walnut grips with all the original finish and crisp "RAC" inspector's marks on BOTH original wood grip panels. Frame also inspected by RAC and "F.E.B." above left grip panel. A few minor use checks in wood. 93% original blue. 100% original and locks up tight for one of these. ANTIQUE!
