Let me first state that this gun is 100% original IBM. All coded parts are marked with the correct IBM designation.
The original gray green Parkerizing of the barrel, receiver, trigger assembly and the barrel band is at 95+%. The little loss there is, is contained to sharp edge silvering and some thinning on the barrel. The blued bolt does have some surface wear and is about 70%.
The rear sight is the early flip type, as is the push button safety, the two rivet handguard and the narrow barrel band. The stock's finish seems to be somewhat stained from from oil and handling over the years, but appears to have retained at least 80 of the lacquer finish. There are no splits or chips missing, just a slight ding or two.
The stock and forearm, as previously mentioned, are also IBM coded. The right side of the stock is stamped with the Crossed Cannons Ordinance mark.. The bore is mirror bright with razor sharp rifling, not a hint of frost anywhere. The gun comes complete with the original sling, oiler one 15 and one 30 round magazine.........$1895.
