Description:
This is a Winchester Model 1890 made around 1905 with a Model 06 barrel chambered for 22 short, long, or long rifle. The round 20” barrel has an undamaged blued finish and an excellent bore. The front sight is fixed and the rear sight is adjustable for elevation. The magazine tube’s blued finish has worn but is not corroded. The receiver is in similar condition. The blued finish is worn and there is very light pitting, but no scratches or dents. The screws are in good working condition. “Model 1890 / Winchester / Trademark” is stamped on the tang. The walnut forend and buttstock are also in good condition. There are a few small dings but no major scrapes or dents. The crescent buttplate has also had most of it’s bluing worn off and is developing a patina. Length of pull is 13”, overall length is 36-½”,and weight is 5 lbs. Our stock number is #A369.
