Description:
This is an early Colt model 1911 that was made in 1913. The pistol has been back to the Agusta Arsenal for a rework. The slide is updated with a newer issue with a 1913 patended date, the hammer has been replaced and the grips are also replacements. The frame looks to be correct and the overall pistol is quite nice with a very strong bore.
