Description:
27-1/8" bbls with solid matted rib. Blade front sight and 2-leaf rear sight with one fixed leaf. LOP 14-1/8". Double triggers with tang mounted locking safety. Entire double rifle has a fine refinish and retains most of that finish. Fine English scroll engraving on receiver which is a silver color. Dark accent on lever, rib extension, bottom and trigger guard. Beautiful circassian checkered walnut stocks with cheek piece. Sling eyes, plastic grip cap and rubber recoil pad. This beautiful Purdey comes with a leather and oak case that shows some wear and loose compartments. Purdey & Sons label is affixed inside lid.
