SPRINGFIELD U.S. MODEL 1884 TRAPDOOR .45-70 CALIBER RIFLE W/BAYONET. Fine looking rifle with the earlier model 1879 rear sight and the Model 1877 plain trigger. 1873 dated breech block. Arsenal replacement stock without cartouche. Excellent Arsenal re-issue with re-blued breech block and butt plate. Balance of finish original. Working order and mint bore. Original bayonet with 98% original blue.
