Description:
You are looking at a real beauty—a Smith & Wesson Model 640-1 in 357 Magnum caliber from 1995. It has all stainless construction, a 2 1/8” barrel and 5 shot capacity of three different loads—357 Magnum, 38 Special +P and 38 Special. It was sent to Gemini Customs in Kentucky for the special work included in the Executive Option S&W Hybra-Port™ 3 Port J Frame Package. The work included bead blasting of the frame, high polish trigger, complete action tuning, honing the cylinder chambers, throating barrel at 5°, dehorning for carry, straightening crane and extractor +/-.003, spring replacement and Hybra-Port™ porting of the barrel. The factory grips were replaced with custom Bolivian Rosewood panels. After the work was completed the revolver was test fired and it has not been fired since. The end result is a handsome, very reliable, smooth shooting weapon with reduced recoil that will give you a lifetime of comfort and security. Serial # BSR7875.
