Offered for your consideration is this fine model 64 Carbine in 30 WCF caliber. Made in 1937, the fourth year of production for the model 64, it has the 20 inch carbine barrel with bright, excellent bore, a solid 10 on a 1 to 10 scale. It has the standard carbine ramp front with hood and a Winchester #22H rear sight. The barrel retains 98% original blue. The receiver retains 92% blue with very light carry wear on the bottom receiver edges. It is mechanically excellent, feeds, chambers, fires and ejects smoothly. The headspace is perfect and it is very accurate, see test target in photos. All screw slots are sharp and unmolested. The wood is in excellent condition with factory varnish at 95%+. There are numerous minute handling marks from over the years but nothing I would note as significant. Overall I would rate this model 64 a solid 90-95% condition. It's a beautiful and rare early 64 carbine for your collection! I'll be glad to take additional photos, just let me know the specific views you'd like to see.
