Serial Number is 1901 but Company letter states it left the factory in1905.
Grade 3 E- has ejectors
26" Nitro Barrels, bored out to 2 3/4"
Barrels were reblued
0% Case color, I have conflicting stories on the gun. One is that it is Nickel plated. The other is that the case color was buffed out. Engraving is sharp- no buffing marks
Forarm and Grip were professionally recheckered and is as good as factory.
The Butt is original and has original factory skeleton butt plate and engraving.
The metal to wood fit is perfect.
Barrels have no indication of being cut. The factory bevel (dimples) are on both the top rib and bottom of the ends of the barrel- see pics.
I have had the gun for 40 years, all/any work was done to the gun was prior to my ownership.
