18-1/2 inch round bbl. chambered in 38 WCF cal. VG bright shiny bore with strong rifling. Crisp action. Barrel has lots of original blue in the protected areas with the balance thinning blue turning brown. Receiver is mostly brown worn silver at the carry point. Marble No. 3 front and a Lyman tang sight. Folding leaf rear sight. Wood has been lightly freshened with an oil finish. Metal butt plate. An honest looking Remington carbine.
