Description:
This is a Remington .22 LR rolling block single shot rifle. It has been resleeved. I bought this gun because it's a very nice looking small caliber American rolling block. It wasn't exceptional but it was clean. The bore was not good so I had it resleeved. Now it's not only pleasing to the eye, but very shootable. It is not a take down model but it does have the very cool Octagon barrel which is 22". The bluing is mostly there with a little wear at the tip. Comes with original sights, walnut stock and forend and are free of cracks and gouges...just normal dings. The butt plate is crescent shaped metal. The first stop in cocking the hammer is the safety position. Nice gun for a first time shooter.
