Description:
This is a Marlin Model 90 12ga. shotgun with 30" barrels choked Full and Modified. It is an O/U vented barrel version made between 1937 and 1949. It has double triggers and auto safety, Gun is very straight and clean with most all original bluing except for wear on underside of receiver. The stock and forend are American walnut with strong fine line checkering remaining. Bores are great. Super example of an early version of model 90.
Note, the gun is a lot better than my picture taking. Too much light in some of the pictures and not enough in others make you think the wood is mismatched. Not true, look at the picture of open receiver...the wood matches perfectly.
