24" tapered round barrel with full-band hooded front sight, full-band swivel base and quarter rib with 1 standing and 1 folding express sight. Figured walnut stock with ebony forend tip, classic point-pattern checkering wrapping fully under the forend and over the wrist, steel-capped pistol grip, beaded cheekpiece, inletted and pedestalled rear swivel base and Niedner-type checkered steel buttplate. DWM Mauser 98 action with custom double squarebridges, 4-panel checkered bolt knob with rosette, Blackburn trigger, Blackburn hinged straddle floorplate with release inside triggerguard, Heilmann-style checkered-oval bolt stop, and Model 70-type safety. Leupold VX-III 4.5-14x40mm Boone & Crockett edition matte-finish scope with fine duplex rangefinder reticle on Talley quick-detachable mounts fitted directly to receiver squarebridges without separate bases. Pull: 13 3/4". Weight: 9lbs, 10oz. But for a scuff on the right side of the quarter rib, 99%blue. Excellent bore.
