English antique decapping and recapping tool for 20 ga. shells. All brass it is in excellent condition. Very
little use and wear. No makers mark, just "20" on the lever and "66" or 99 depending on your view on
the lever also. This still has the original decapping pin. This was probably made by Lightwood & Son
100 years ago or so. This piece really looks great and would make a nice complement to your English
