Fine Print:
*Purchaser will need to find a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL), typically a sports/gun/pawn shop to receive the gun when shipped to them. They will do the required background check when the gun is transferred to the purchaser. That dealer will need to provide me with a copy of their FFL license either by email (rmfirearmsgmail) or fax (208-459-9259) including their phone number and buyer’s name before the gun is shipped to them.
*SHIPPING CHARGE within the continental USA is $15.00. Hawaii and Alaska exact cost. USA only. Buyer is respossible for knowledge of legal possession in your city and state. All buyers should check with their FFL dealer where the gun will be shipped to be sure it is legal. Any shipped gun that is prohibited by law can be returned by the FFL for a 15% restocking fee plus shipping charge.
*NO CREDIT CARD FEE for MasterCard, VISA, Discover and American Express. Bank Cashier’s are accepted. No USPO or other money orders. Payment is required to HOLD the gun and before I delist it from the site.
*Seller must collect Sales Tax for guns sold to Idaho residents.
*UNFIRED new and used guns are returnable within three days of receipt for a 15% restocking charge plus shipping. Taking actual possession of the gun from the dealer by filling out ATF Form 4473 signifies acceptance of the gun and no refund is available.
*Under no circumstance shall RM Firearms be responsible for incidental or consequential damages from use of the gun with respect to economic loss, injury, death, or property damage, whether as a result of negligence or criminal actives or otherwise.
