MINT CASED REMINGTON TYPE II O/U .41 RF CAL. DOUBLE DERRINGER WITH BRITISH PROOFS CA. 1888. All original and matching in the 5xx range. Barrels addressed “REMINGTON ARMS CO. ILION. N.Y.” and engraved on the underside “WATSON BROS./29 OLD BOND ST. LONDON”. Nickel plated with blued screws, latch, trigger and extractor and all the finish remaining. Barrel and frame with tiny London proofs. Mint original hard rubber grips. Mint bores and perfect working order. Period original leather covered London dealer “CIGAR” casing with blue velvet lining. Inside lid blue satin lining with “WATSON BROS” gold embossing. Case and lining in excellent condition. Superb and rare.
