Elegant BRITISH COLONIAL Flintlock OFFICER Pistol
Circa 1800 Antique Brass Barreled Belt Pistol
Here we present an antique Flintlock Pistol, made circa 1800 in Great Britain. This pistol was designed for use as a serious sidearm during the colonial period. The barrel is handsomely made of brass, proofed in the British style and lightly engraved on the top, both as decoration as well as to give the shooter a sighting reference. The lock is also lightly engraved. The bore is smooth.
Overall condition is fine. The stock is smooth and solid. The bore is very good. The action is fine.
