Very rare SKB model 5000 sporting clays gun.Built originally for the British market,very few of the model 5000 guns were brought in this country.This gun has British proof marks from the Birmingham proof house.The gun has 30" barrels with SKB chokes.Other features include a sideplated hand engraved receiver,a non selective mechanical single trigger,ejectors,a flat 1/2" sporting vent rib,and beautiful dark wood with hand cut checkering and a palm swell grip.The gun is in mint condition retaining 100% of the metal and wood finish.The stock dimensions are 141/8"LOPx13/8" at combx13/4"at the break of the monte carlox 2" at heel.This is an extremely high quality gun that had a retail price of $5500.It would make a great clays,trap, or live pigeon gun.Cased in a Browning luggage case.
