CLASSIC 1895 SADDLE RING CARBINE, .30 ARMY CALIBER (.30-40 KRAG), #108XXX, MADE 1915, this one came out of Arizona where these were especially popular with Rangers on the border, has the original handguard intact (these usually missing), exc. wood shows light handling only with tight wood to metal fit, correct and original military style rear sight, correct blade/bead pinned in the original front sight base, fine barrel blue with minor thinning/scuffing only, receiver mostly gray with good blue on the bolt and nice screws, correct carbine butt plate with trap for cleaning rods, exc. markings, exc. sharp bore is only a little dark, these '95 carbines with the handguards intact are getting very hard to find
