Listed is an original model 1849 Colt Pocket Revolver in a .31 Caliber, 5-shot, 5" octagon barrel, loading lever, case hardened frame, lever and hammer, brass grip straps, (faint) stagecoach hold-up scene on cylinder, s/n 21164 mfg. in 1849. Finish is mainly a light brown patina, both grips were cracked and glued, which does not affect its operation and is barely visible. It is a very early production with the wedge unnumbered and the loading lever with a different serial number. It is tight and indexes well. Bore is fair to good. Buyer pays actual USPS shipping/insurance cost.
