New old stock and two very fine rifles. A Winchester commemorative Model 1892 John Wayne High Grade chambered in .44-40 WCF, 18" bbl, 9 shot, silver nickel nitride receiver engraved John Wayne portrait, initials and flowing banner with Courage, Strength, Grit on the right side and John Wayne American 1907-2007 on the left side. Adjustable rear sight, saddle ring, blue hammer & trigger - large loop lever and uncheckered walnut stock.
The second rifle - Winchester commemorative Model 1892 John Wayne Custom Grade chambered in .44-40 WCF, 18" bbl with gold signature, 9 shot, with gold signature, blue receiver with engraved John Wayne portrait, initials and flowing banner with Courage, Strength, Grit on the right side and John Wayne American 1907-2007 on the left side. Adjustable rear sight, saddle ring, blue hammer & trigger - large loop lever and checkered Grade 5/6 walnut stock and forearm. This is one of a limited set of 1000. Discontinued 2009.
