Made in 1950, we can see this rifle has been lovingly cared for through the years. The stock is crack-free, made of a beautiful piece of Walnut, and has only the slightest of handling marks visible under close examination. Previous owner had the rust-blue finish professionally refreshed before coming to us, so the metal finish is, unapologetically, as-new. Light contour 24" barrel has a beautiful bore that rates an easy 95-98%. Its hard to imagine this eight pound rifle getting shot enough to wear-out anything, other than the shooter.
