24" tapered round Pacnor barrel with full-band front sight and full-band swivel base. Figured walnut stock with ebony forend tip, classic point-pattern wrap-around checkering with mullered borders, twin recoil crossbolts, steel trapdoor pistol grip cap, beaded pancake cheekpiece, inletted rear swivel base and Silvers red rubber recoil pad. Mauser 98 Brazilian 1908 contract action with straight-down bolt and pear-shaped knob, original Mauser safety, original Mauser trigger converted to crisp single-stage pull, Sunny Hill bottom metal with hinged straddle floorplate and release inside triggerguard, and Joseph Smithson rear peep sight on custom squarebridge base. Pull: 13 3/4". Weight: 8lbs, 8oz. New.
