Description:
Winchester model 12 deluxe trap grade 12ga. built in 1940.This gun has a 26" solid rib barrel with the rare WS-2 choke.The WS-2 choke falls between improved cylinder and modified.On double barrels it was used for outgoing targets in skeet.Very few model 12s are choked WS-2.The gun is in excellent condition retaining 98% of the original blue and 99% of the original wood finish.The wood is highly figured 3X walnut with a 141/2"LOP over the original Winchester solid pad.The bore is mint and free of any rust,dents,or pits.The gun is marked trap on the extension.It was probably a 2 barrel set with trap and skeet barrels.All I have is the WS-2 barrel now.This would make a great dove or pheasant gun and an unusual addition to any collection.C&R eligible.
