SUPERIOR MERRIMACK ARMS CO. SOUTHERNER .41RF CAL. SINGLE SHOT DERINGER CA. 1868. 2 ½” octagon barrel with “SOUTHERNER” engraved on the top flat. Left side of barrels with Merrimack Arms Co., Newburyport, Mass address and 1868 patent date. Excellent plus and all original with 99% of the nickel plating. Hammer with most of the color case hardening. Rosewood grips with all the original finish. Excellent bore and in working order. The nicest one of these that we have had. Old collection provenance.
