Imported by us in 2014 , a one owner rifle in excellent overall condition.
Double triggers, ejectors , reinforced receiver with case color harden finish.
Chapuis Royal style medium relief engraving with Cape buffalo head on bottom of action.
25 5/8” barrels with one standing , three folding leaves express sight , Holland style front sight with flip over moon sight. Factory pivot scope mount with a Leupold VXII 1-4 x 20. Weight with scope is 9 lbs 12 oz and 8 lbs 14 oz without.
Bores and chambers are like new , metal finish is 99% original condition. Mechanical condition is 99% +
I regulated the gun for Woodleigh 400gr and 66 gr of Reloader 15.
Nice wood with great contrast, 15 ½” LOP over .800” Decelerator pad. Some light handling marks ,with the wood finish and checkering in 95% original condition.
Drop 1 ½’ and 2 ½” , cast off ¼”.
Sling swivels fitted, in the factory case. Good value.
