This Winchester M-70 Cal. 270 Featherweight, ser # 512XXX - 1960 is pristine. The bluing is about a 99.5% and the wood is about
99%. It's absolutely an utrafine field grade Winchester "Featherweight'. The barrel is 22 inches w/no bare spots.
The action is smoothe and firm with a magazine that hasn't any visible wear. I'd say less that 25 rounds , if that many were fired through it's chamber. The stock has a few very light, almost hard to locate handling marks.
The scope is a Weaver 2.5 x 8 w/ Weaver Mounts and very clear. It's ready for that hunt that you will go on.
