BISLEY, .38-40 CALIBER, 4 3/4" BARREL REVOLVER, MADE 1906, nice honest revolver that came out of Arizona- the Bisley Model was very popular in the Southwestern U.S.- mostly an honestly used, but not abused or altered example showing good aged blue in the cylinder flutes and on the protected areas of the barrel by the ejector housing, good aged blue in the ejector housing flutes with fine blue around the sides of the trigger guard/front strap, butt etc- in other words mostly in the protected areas with the balance aged to an uncleaned gray/brown, exc. markings including the correct two line barrel address, matching numbers, very tight action and exc. bore, grips fit well and show even carry and handling wear with the checkering wearing evenly, one small repaired chip on the right panel back edge a little above the butt- minor and hard to see, front sight has not been altered, exc. screws and cylinder pin, fine original appearance.
