JP Sauer 24” barrel with a bore that is in excellent condition, chambered in .243win, non-rotating bolt short action, manufactured in Germany by J. P. Sauer and Sohn, 4 shot detachable mag, no sights, checkered walnut stock that has some wear on the proximal end of the cheek rest with rosewood forend tip and pistol grip cap marked with a white colt against a black background, recoil pad with some signs of wear. Serial number marked “CR8158”. A model number of R8007 for the .243WIN. A total of 27,189 rifles produced with a serial rage of CR1000 - CR28189 from March 1973 - July 1984.
