From my personal collection: Pre-64 Winchester Model 70 hanging tags that were part of the box contents for new rifles. These are the Winchester factory style-specific and caliber-specific tags, not the "generic, fill-in-the-blank" tags that have been reproduced.
I have the following: 458 Win Mag Super Grade, 30-06 Super Grade Featherweight, 264 Win Mag Featherweight, 220 Swift Varmint Rifle, 243 Varmint Rifle, 243 Standard, 220 Swift Standard, 264 Win Mag Westerner, 30-06 Standard, 30-06 Featherweight, and 270 Standard. The 458 Win Mag, 30-06 Super Grade Featherweight, 264 Featherweight and 220 Swift Varmint rifle are very rare. Each tag has the correct red string. All are in excellent condition. Prices vary from $30-$50.
