This Griffin & Howe Mauser Standard rifle is a very beautiful and unusual firearm. This firearm will truly be a unique and wonderful enhancement to any firearms collection. It will be a pleasure to admire and show off to your friends. This gun is in excellent condition and features the excellent custom workmanship that Griffin & Howe are known for. The steel butt plate is custom checkered. It is chambered in .270. The gun features a 24 inch barrel and is fitted with a Hensoldt Wetzlar Diatal-D 4x32 scope on a quick disconnect mount. The rifle also has a hooded front sight with anti-glare finish on the sight ramp. Both the walnut stock and the fore end are in very good condition and feature deep matching hand done checkering. The metal surfaces are in excellent condition and the bolt and magazine floor plate are jewel polished. This fine firearm weighs in at just 9 pounds, 1.5 ounces.
