Description:
Original artillery shell jacket in verygood condition with no mothing and very little wear. Coarse grey/brown wool lineing. Coat is missing 3 buttons on front and one on left sleeve. Has mint red worsted wool pipeing. The coat is only slightly used and the deep blue color is bright. Has no inspectors markings and the collar has been shortened for comfort. When I bought this coat I was 95% sure it was the real deal but I took it to Gettysburg to the Horsesoldier where Sam Small authenticated it for me and also to the Union Drummerboy where they did the same. A very nice oriiginal coat that displays well. Call for more details
