Very good condition and it is one of the very last Single Actions to fall in the pre 1899 antique status. Factory letter shows is shipped December 9th 1898 to Simmons Hardware St. Louis Mo. 1 of a 12 gun shipment the gun is as letters 4 /34 barrel 44-40 cased and blued rubber grips. The action is tight and the hammer has all the notched. The lettering and Frontier Six Shooter are all crisp and legible. Smokeless frame. Lock up is solid. Bore is about a 7. The original finish has faded down and the guns just had the "look". No serious pits ding dents are scratches. Facotry Letter is included
