Description:
This is an August 1941 (Pre-War) M1 Garand that has been fully restored. The stock is an SA/ GHS with large Ord. Wheel, stamped ferrule and gated butt plate. This rifle has a 9-41 barrel with Good+ bore, muzzle of 2+ and chamber of 4.5. The OP rod is a modified 3-SA and the follower rod is a short fork with grooves. The follower assembly is marked "8", and the bolt is a -2SA with J8 heat lot. The bullet guide is marked B8875SA. The rear sight is a flush nut with reproduction pinion. The handguard clip is grooved and the lower band is milled and arched. The gas cylinder is narrow and un-numbered with a single slot gas plug. The front sight has a reproduction seal that is not installed. The trigger housing is a -5-SA with a C-46025-1-SA trigger guard. The safety is marked C40815-6SA and the hammer is marked C6008-2 SA.
