BRITISH WW1 WWI BRITISH P-14 OR PATTERN 1914 .303BRITISH MILITARY RIFLE. Serial number "692XXX" on receiver along with ERA and star along with "2". Side of receiver also has Crown/ GR, broad arrow and crossed lances/banners. Buttstock with Broad arrow over "1/E(in circle)" over "Patt 14". Missing stock disc. Remington bolt with different serial number ofcourse. Many stock dings and scratches from various trips around the world. Replaced front top handguard. Poor bore but rifling present. Original finish on metal parts but fading. Sling swivels but no stacking swivel. Import marks under barrel rear of front sight(CAI). Volley sight lever removed. Good project gun for rechambering. Tight lock-up although would be wise to have gunsmith check headspace. Original sights with cosmoline caked in recesses.
