Winchester pre-'64 Model 70 Super Grade .300 H&H. This rifle is quite nice, but far from collectable. That said, if it's an attractive first class shooter you seek, give this rifle some consideration.

Metal Condition: Barrel appears factory correct, with a deep, attractive blue and crisp stamps. The action is another story. While the finish is proper in appearance, the proof stamp is soft around the edges, and "flooded", indicating that it's been refinished. Also,
Wood Condition: Though attractive, this stock has been refinished, given the presence of several chips and repairs. It was shortened prior to the installation of the recoil pad.
Bore Condition: Bright with sharp lands.
