Selling an inheritance and cannot offer much infrmation. mfg. in 1868/same as pat. date reads(very feint in photo).....Very FEW of this Navy model exist as few were made-survived..(read the Remington history on it)..! Cartridge model in 50-45 cal. (a shortened 50cal. brass-45gr. of BPowder)...it is complete and functions.Nicely & is Tight....excellent BRIGHT sharply rifled bore "as new" very decent wood and some minor blems on metal from decades long past.This has been in the family for well over 110yrs...NO FFL is needed. SHIPS FREE to ConUSA..!! I believe Buffalo Arms makes or has Brass for this. Caliber.A Truly RARE specimen of a Military weapon.
