#633114, Frank Wells of Tucson, Arizona: A Left Hand 460 G&A Big Game Total Custom Rifle by Frank Wells, Sako Left Hand Action, 24 1/2" barrel with a Magna-Port, If the Magna-Port was cut off it would remain a 23 1/4" barrel, Island rear sight with 1 fixed standing rear sight, Barrel band sling eye, Band front ramp with a sight protector that locks in place with a spring actuated button, Sliding safety on the right receiver tang, Hinged floorplate with a frontal bow release, Redfield scope bases for the dovetails on the Sako bridge and receiver ring, 1.5 x 5 Leupold, A pure Wells Classic stock, A nice piece of English Walnut that has the proper lay-out for big bore strength, Cheekpiece with a shadowline, Wrap around point pattern checkering, Ebony forend tip, Steel grip cap, Proper big bore weight of 9 lbs. 14 oz. with the scope, 14" lop over a 1" Decelerator pad, The bore as new, Overall on both metal & wood this piece remains at 95% condition since it left the very capable hands of Mr. Frank Wells. It comes with RCBS loading dies, expander, next reamer and a shell holder. It has 3 boxes of ammo, 13 other loaded cartridges and 27 fired cartridge cases. The 460 G&A (Guns & Ammo) was developed in 1971 by using the 404 Jeffery case and necking it up to .458" bullets.
