Description:
SOLD Bore in the 5" barrel is bright and shiny. It does not show much use. It will rate seven on a one to ten scale. Action is tight and works perfectly. Grips are nice with good checkering and no cracks or chips. They are original. Hammer retains case color. Fire blue will be found on the small parts including the trigger. A nice amount of the original high polish blue finish remains. Notice the ground off area to the top rear of the trigger guard on the right side. Slide and receiver markings are clear, correct, and original. No cracks in the slide. Magazine is a replacement. Year of manufacture is 1910. I have taken a lot of pictures inside and outside using natural light. The outside pictures show the pretty polished blue much better than the pictures taken inside. These Colt 1905's have never been real easy to find. It is getting much harder. American Arms & Antiques item #1750
