Description:
This is a nice pistol. It is much better than many of the Type 1's you will see. It is will make a very nice addition to your collection. Year of manufacture is 1906. Bore in the 4" barrel is bright and shiny. It will rate an easy seven on a one to ten scale. All markings are clear, complete, and original. Most of the high polish blue remains on the slide and receiver. The front and back straps do not show as much bright blue finish. The front is still bright, but the back has darkened somewhat. The small parts still retain nice fire blue. Action is smooth and tight. It works perfectly. Slide serrations are still sharp. Grips are correct and excellent with no cracks or chips. They show little use. Magazine is correct and in nice condition. American Arms & Antiques item #1759
