Accompanying this Colt is a Colt factory letter authenticating this 6-shot revolver fitted with a 4 inch barrel, Pearl grips, nickel finished, chambered in .32 Colt, and sold to Clark and Parker Brothers, via Barney Cavanagh Hardware Company located in Mobile, Alabama on December 19, 1904. The gun is in excellent condition, retaining most all of its original nickel finish, with some minor assorted pin prick spotting on the frame, and some minor flaking on the cylinder. The Pearl grips fit well and are in very fine condition, with only a chip on the bottom of the left grip panel around the alignment pin on the frame. The bore is bright, in fact it looks like new, and the action functions perfectly with a very tight lock-up. It appears to having been test fired only. A very nice and attractive example of its type.
