This fine double gun is marked. "Dickson & Son, Edinburgh" on the upper rib, and Woodcock Hill, Benton, PA" on the lower rib. It appears to have been completely restored, but we have been unable to determine just who performed the work.

Metal Condition: Excellent. Engraving covers 100% of receiver, case colors are vibrant, all screws are regulated properly and there is no evidence of wear. Barrels exhibit a deep, rich bluing with no visible imperfections. It appears to heve been professionally restored
Wood Condition: There is no sign of wear or damage to either the stock or forend, but it appears that the wood has been expertly refinished.
