Description:
This 1903 Colt .32 caliber is a type 2. It has the barrel bushing and a 3 3/4" barrel. Year of manufacture is 1910. Bore is shiny with strong lands and grooves. It will rate an easy seven on a one to ten scale. Action is smooth and tight. It works perfectly. Markings are clear, correct, and original. Grips are excellent with no cracks or chips. They are correct for the pistol and show little wear. Very bright fire blue remains on the small parts, even the screws and pins. Fire blue will even be found on the magazine release. A very nice % of the original high polish blue finish remains. Even the original polishing line shows up on the frame. I am very challenged taking pictures of anything with a high gloss finish. This pistol is much better than the pictures indicate. It does show use, but is priced accordingly. American Arms & Antiques item #1766
