Colt M45A1 Close Quarter Battle Pistol USMC Decommissioned.
These were chosen in 2012 by the United States Marines to serve as their CQB pistol. It has a desert tan, cerakote finish stainless slide, picatinny rail, national match barrel, front and rear serrations, long solid aluminm trigger, enhanced hammer, upswept beaver tail grip safety, tactical ambidextrous safety, stainless mainspring housing, lanyard loop, Novak 3 dot night sights and desert camo G10 composite stocks.
As it was issued special operations it has numberous handling marks, holster wear and like any combat piece it looks the part. Functionality is perfect. I battle scars are an issue I have NIB as well. They are considered NIB though they have been handled and may have a small rub or two.
The USMC purchased these from Colt for combat use for its special operations and Force Recon units. Some of these were issued for actual use. This being one of them so it is a genuine issued service pistol. Comes with the original Colt letter certifying this.
The USMC has been X’d out denoting it is a decommissioned unit. I have several of these, both NIB and issued.
