Description:
This Brace of One Thousand Commemorative set was built in 1970. Both rifles are new and included with the presentation box.They have been in my personal storage since the early 90s. The set consists of Presentation grade of a Model 336 .30-30 and a Model 39 in .22LR (capable of shooting .22 S, L, or LR). Both guns are nicely engraved by Master Engravers Robert Kain and Winston Churchill. The foam liner of the presentation box has deteriorated before I received the set. The liner has since been replaced while preserving as much of the original presentation box as I possibly could. The set is in like new condition and unfired to the best of my knowledge. The matching serial numbers are in the low 600s. The purchaser of this set will receive three packages from me, a package holding the presentation box and the remaining two packages will contain the rifles. They will be shipped in a modern foam hard case. The freight will be calculated based on the ship to address.
