Winchester Pre-64 Model 70 Super Grade, .270 Win., 24" barrel, 9 lbs. 3 oz. (with scope), 13 1/2" LOP over a pad, inletted sling swivels, pre-1952 integral front ramp (missing hood), rear sight removed and filled with the Marble brand filler, 3 position safety, bottom floor plate engraved "SUPER GRADE", Winchester embossed grip cap, cheeck piece, ebony forend tip, wrap checkering. Circa 1949. Comes with mounted Leupold VXIII 2.5-8x scope. This rifle is in very good condition but does show honest use with softening of blue and wood finish along with typical use marks from being hunted. It's a good user, not a collector.
