General Specs: Remington, 28 Gauge, 7lbs 7oz, Pump Shotgun
Serial Number: RGS0001

The Remington Model 1100 is an icon in the modern semi-auto gun world…one of the best and most reliable semi-auto shotguns ever made, and responsible for more National Championship trophies in skeet and trap than any other gun made.  Even in 28ga. they are prolific.  This gun, snRGS0001 IS SPECIAL, AS IT IS A VERY RARE FACTORY F GRADE, CUSTOM ORDERED BY THE RUFFED GROUSE SOCIETY, ENGRAVED BY DON TALBOT, THE LAST REMINGTON FACTORY MASTER ENGRAVER.  The gun appears to be new in every way.  The hand engraved scroll and bulino game scenes are stunning, with gorgeous dogs enshrined in circle vignettes, exhibition grade walnut with flor-de-lis checkering laced with ribbons, skeletonized and engraved steel grip cap, and a finely checkered steel butt plate, all coming together to make a stunningly beautiful Remington presentation gun.  A gun like this, from one of the oldest and most successful, world-renowned American gun makers, is a historical treasure with high investment value indeed.  This is a one-of-a-kind shotgun custom ordered by a highly respected organization that is deeply rooted in conservation and preservation of our upland hunting heritage… the RUFFED GROUSE SOCIETY.  We are proud to offer this gun for sale and know that someone will be a very pleased when they get this gun in hand.  Thanks for looking!
